Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 7 days of purchase, as long as they are not personalised or made-to-order. A new product may be offered for exchange or a refund offered as long as the following conditions are met:
- The product was purchased in the last 7 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You notify us within 3 days of delivery that you wish to return your item/s.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the delivery or return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping – and for the risk of loss or damage to the product – during any returns shipping to Boxxt.com. Shipping fees will be chargeable on all exchange items.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on sale items, however we will be happy to offer exchange.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
