DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we certainly do! We ship to all countries worldwide – shipping prices are added at checkout and are based on size and weight… however if you spend over AED950 / US $250, we’ll treat you to free standard shipping on a large array of products to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, China, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Netherlands (The), New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY ORDERED ITEMS?
We’re pretty confident that you will love your purchased items, and while we have worked extremely hard to offer clear descriptions and images, we understand that occasionally, you may not wish to keep your goods. We are more than happy to offer refunds on all regular goods (excluding personalised and made-to-order products), when we are notified within three days of the shipment delivery and items are returned in perfect condition (packaging in tact) within 14 days.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps below:
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery that you wish to return your order or partial order
- Send products back in perfect condition in original packaging via recorded delivery
- Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days
If we do not receive your package within 14 days, we will not be able to process a refund, however we will be happy to offer a credit note. Customers are liable for all costs in returning unwanted items and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods reach us in perfect condition.
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchange for any personalised or made-to-order items. Please ensure that you carefully check all details relating to these items (including the correct spelling of names) before placing your order.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY
Not right now, but watch this space! We currently offer next day delivery within the UAE on a huge amount of gifts, however it should be remembered that due to the personalised nature of BOXXT., many of our goods are made-to-order or personalised. Please note that if your order contains items that are either personalised or made-to-order, your shipping time starts from when all items are ready to ship – in some cases, your items will take 4-5 days to craft… please see each product page for estimated shipping times.
